About the Etobicoke Eagles
The Etobicoke Eagles were formed in 1998 as a part of the West Toronto Minor Football Association. Today, the club plays in Tier 1 of the newly formed OSFL (Ontario Summer Football League).
The Eagles program has been committed to serving athletes aged 6-19 years old through organized tackle football since its inception, and our newly appointed board of directors looks to continue positively impacting communities throughout GTA.
Currently, the Eagles program offers U-14, U-16, and U-18 teams with the hope of adding younger divisions in the future.
The Eagles Mission
The Etobicoke Eagles are a program built on discipline and unconditional tough love. We believe that winning is a byproduct and can only be achieved if we develop athletes to have strong character and a desire to be solid citizens in their community.
We are on a mission to provide the youth of Toronto with the opportunity to elevate themselves through the many priceless lessons that the game of football has to offer. We pursue excellence by focusing on Family, Hard Work, Dedication.
Why Choose the Eagles?
As one of two teams selected to represent Toronto in the AAA (Tier 1) division, our program offers our athletes and coaches the opportunity to compete against the best football programs in Ontario.
By competing in a pool of the province's 18 best teams, our athletes get the chance to increase their exposure, advance their skill development, and improve their chances of recruitment to post-secondary recruitment.
Along with competing in and winning championships, our program has facilitated the development and recruitment of dozens of NCAA, USports, CFL, and NFL athletes, and will continue to provide our athletes with the opportunity to pursue their goals.
